We’ve all been there…your colleague yet again throws some work your way that is clearly their responsibility and you are already swamped doing your own job! Right here, you have two options; 1) put them in their place or 2) smile and accept the extra work under the guise of team unity.

Hold on though!  There is a third option.  You can set boundaries in a respectful and professional way.

We will be providing ways to reinforce these boundaries, but we would love to know what issues/frustrations you have in the workplace and what you have tried to fix them?  Has anything worked?  Anything epically fail?
