I was reading an article by Marcel Schwantes called “6 Self-Improvement Hacks to Instantly Improve the Way You Live and Work” on inc.com and I would love some input on what you think about them!
I’m totally in agreement with a couple of them but a few seem a little too far fetched to be a “Quick Improvement Hacks.”
For example, “invest financially in others” sounds great but we can’t all do that.
My personal favorite is “express more gratitude.” I find that expressing gratitude not only makes you a bit happier, but it also spreads that happiness to others and that can have a snowball effect.
Which one is your favorite? Any of your own you would add?
